1.The ACPM-7391, a Wide-band Code Division MultipleAccess(WCDMA) Power Amplifier (PA), is a fully matched10-pin surface mount module developed for WCDMAhandset applications. This power amplifier module isdeveloped to cover both 1710-1755MHz(UMTS1700/2100)and 1750-1785MHz (UMTS1700). The ACPM-7391 meetsthe stringent WCDMA linearity requirements for outputpower of up to 28dBm.

2.The ACPM-7391 is also developedto meet HSDPA specs.The ACPM-7391 is designed to enhance the efficiency atlow and medium output power range by using 3-modecontrol scheme with 2 mode control pins. This providesextended talk time.

3.The ACPM-7391 is self contained, incorporating 50ohminput and output matching networks
